David Rourke is the director of The Relaxing Transition to Retirement Program. Over the past 15 years he has helped hundreds of individuals and couples plan and enjoy their retirement by creating a comprehensive, customized roadmap for each client. As the Director of The Strategic Planning Group and the founder of The Relaxing Transition to Retirement Program, David and his staff implement and monitor the unique program for their clients. Strategic Planning Group helps those facing retirement to make decisions without worrying about work to support their lifestyle. Before founding The Strategic Planning Group, David was a registered representative for Prudential Financial Services. He graduated from Holy Cross, where he earned a degree in Economics. David is actively involved with civic and charitable causes, including the Newton Kiwanis Club, Newton Kiwanis Charitable Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Club of Newton. David lives in Wellesley with his wife Ann and their five children.
Chrissie Devlin
Office Manager
Chrissie joined SPG in January 2006. Previously, she held the
position of office manager for a telecommunications firm and prior to that had been involved in the retail sector for over 10 years. She is a graduate of
Emerson College and holds a bachelor's degree in Speech. Chrissie is
also a seasoned vocalist and musician who has performed in several
different kinds of bands which have been featured at venues all around the Boston area and New England. She also raised 3 children. Her sons Coleman and Collin live in Walpole and daughter Colby lives in New York City. Chrissie also lives in Walpole with her fiancé.

Marc
joined SPG in April 2005 after working for Putnam Investments for
5 years. He was in plan administration managing 401(k) plans. He
also worked in the trust department overseeing early morning trading
and dealt with many aspects in the mutual fund area. Marc has his
series 6 license and his real estate license. Prior to working at
Putnam Investments, Marc was the owner of Blacker Brothers in Newton
for 10 years. Marc, his wife Doreene and their son Joshua reside
in South Easton.

Jarrod
joined SPG in September 2000 after working for 4 years as a registered
representative at Fidelity Investments. While at Fidelity, Jarrod
worked in the 401(k) and pension department of Fidelity Institutional
Retirement Services Co., serving clients such as Royal Dutch/Shell
Oil, General Motors, ABB, FMR, and Avery Dennison. He also worked
as corporate action analyst in the Fidelity Pricing & Cash Management
Group processing mergers, acquisitions, tender offers and 144 exchanges
for all Fidelity trust and retail mutual funds. Jarrod has his Series
7, Series 24, and 63 licenses. He lives in Needham with his wife Christine, and daughters Mackenzie and Mattison.
